Regarding product size and adaptability 
Is the size of the chair suitable for my height and weight? 
Our office chairs adopt an adaptive design. Main styles are suitable for users with heights ranging from 150 to 190 cm and weights ranging from 45 to 120 kg. Specific parameters are as follows: 
Adjustable range of chair back height: 12-18 cm (suitable for different shoulder heights) 
Adjustable range of seat depth: 5-8 cm (satisfies different leg length requirements) 
Maximum load capacity: Basic model 120 kg, reinforced model 150 kg (details page will clearly indicate) 
If your height exceeds 190 cm or your weight exceeds 120 kg, it is recommended to choose the "large size exclusive model", which has a higher chair back and a wider seat, providing better adaptability. 
Can the chair fit under my desk? 
Most styles have the lowest point of the seat about 45-50 cm from the ground when the chair wheels touch the ground, and the thickness of the chair back is 10-15 cm, suitable for most standard desks (desk under height ≥ 60 cm). You can view the "under-desk storage size diagram" on the product details page or measure the net clearance height under the desk and contact the customer service for confirmation. 
Regarding materials and comfort 
What is the difference between net fabric chairs and leather chairs? How to choose? 
Net fabric chair: Uses high-elastic nylon net fabric, with a ventilation rate of over 80%, suitable for summer or long periods of sitting (such as programmers, designers), advantages are good heat dissipation and light weight, disadvantages are a slightly simpler texture. 
Leather chair: Uses eco-friendly PU leather, with a delicate touch, suitable for office scenes that value texture (such as meeting rooms, manager's offices), advantages are easy cleaning and good sound insulation, disadvantages are slightly inferior in breathability compared to the net fabric model. 
It is recommended to choose based on the usage environment temperature and personal preference. In tropical regions, priority should be given to net fabric models, while in cold regions or those seeking a business atmosphere, leather models can be chosen. 
Will the sponge of the chair pad collapse? How to maintain it? 
We use high-density cold-bonded sponge (density ≥ 50D), which has not deformed after 50,000 compression tests. Normal use for 3-5 years will not show obvious collapse. Maintenance suggestions: Clean the surface dust with a vacuum cleaner every week, avoid prolonged direct sunlight (to prevent material aging), if there are stains, the net fabric model can be lightly wiped with a damp cloth and neutral detergent, the leather model can be regularly applied with dedicated care agent. 
Regarding assembly and functions 
Do chairs require professional tools for assembly? Can beginners complete it independently? 
All chairs adopt modular design, come with dedicated installation tools (internal hex wrench, screw bag) and full-color 3D instructions, no additional tools are required. The steps are simplified to 5-8 core links, beginners can complete it independently in 20-30 minutes. The "installation tutorial" section on the official website provides step-by-step video demonstrations, and if you encounter any problems, you can contact the customer service for one-on-one guidance. 
Are the air pressure rods of the chair safe? How to determine if they need to be replaced? 
Our air pressure rods have passed SGS 120,000 times lifting and dropping tests and explosion-proof certification. They have a built-in safety steel ball structure, eliminating the risk of explosion. If the following situations occur, it is recommended to contact the customer service for replacement: 
There is obvious clamping or abnormal sound during lifting 
The seat naturally sinks (not adjusted state, more than 2 cm drop within 24 hours) 
The surface of the air pressure rod has bulges or scratches (which may affect sealing) 
How to operate the adjustment functions of the armrests and chair back? Armrest adjustment: Most models support up/down (7-10cm), front/back (5cm), and left/right rotation (±15°) adjustments. There are corresponding adjustment buttons at the bottom of the armrests, which can be pressed to move and automatically locked when released. 
Chair back adjustment: The reclining resistance can be adjusted through the lever under the seat (suitable for different body weights). Some models also support chair back height adjustment (by pulling the adjustment lever on the side of the chair back). The maximum reclining angle can reach 135°-170° (please refer to the product description). 
Regarding orders and after-sales 
What's the difference between overseas warehouse delivery and domestic direct delivery? 
Overseas warehouse delivery: The goods are stored in the overseas warehouse in your region (such as the warehouses in the United States, the Netherlands, and Singapore), with a delivery time of 2-4 working days, low shipping cost, and already includes import duties. It is suitable for urgent use cases. 
Domestic direct delivery: For niche styles, they are shipped from domestic warehouses. The delivery time is 6-9 working days. There may be customs duties (you need to pay them when receiving the goods), but the styles are more diverse, suitable for users who are not in a hurry. The shipping warehouse and related information will be displayed automatically when placing an order. 
How to apply for warranty during the warranty period if there is a quality issue? 
You can apply through the following methods: 
Log in to your account, submit a warranty application in "My Orders", upload photos of the problem and order information; 
Call the customer service hotline or send an email to pushpin-spirit-06@icloud.com, explaining the problem details. 
We will review it within 2 working days. If it is within the warranty scope, we will arrange for free delivery of accessories or send an engineer to repair it (main cities are supported). The round-trip shipping cost will be borne by us. 
Can I purchase accessories separately (such as chair wheels, mesh fabric)? 
Yes. The "Accessory Zone" on the official website provides original chair wheels (silent PU wheels, carpet-specific wheels), mesh fabric, armrest pads, etc. for each series. Just note the chair model when placing an order. Non-original accessories may affect usage safety and warranty. It is recommended to choose official accessories.
