Return and Exchange Policy - Ensuring Your Shopping Rights 
We understand that choosing the right office computer chair requires careful consideration. Therefore, we have established a fair and transparent return and exchange policy. Whether you are dissatisfied with the size of the product or find any quality issues, you can receive proper handling according to the following terms. 
Return and Exchange Time Limits 
Return Application: Within 30 days from the date of receiving the product (based on the date of logistics signature), you can submit a return application. 
Exchange Application: Within 15 days from the date of receiving the product (based on the date of logistics signature), if there are quality issues or incorrect delivery/omission, you can submit an exchange application. 
Note: Applications beyond the above time limits will not be accepted. Please understand. 
Return and Exchange Conditions 
Acceptable Circumstances 
Quality Issues: The chair received has problems such as frame deformation, fabric tear, air pressure rod failure, missing accessories or damage, which are not caused by human factors. After our inspection and confirmation, we support free return or exchange. 
Wrong Delivery / Missing Delivery: If the received product model, color, function do not match the order, or accessories, manuals, etc. are missing, after verifying the order information, we support free return or exchange. 
Personal Reasons: If you apply for return due to dissatisfaction with the size or style, you must meet the following conditions: 
The product is not assembled or used, and is in a brand new state; 
The original packaging is intact (including carton, foam, tape, etc.), with no signs of opening; 
All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, gifts, etc. are complete. 
Unacceptable Circumstances 
The product has been assembled and used, or the packaging, accessories are damaged or missing; 
Damage caused by improper use (such as overloading, impact, unauthorized modification, contact with corrosive liquids); 
Personalized customized products (such as engraving, special size customization); 
Exceeding the specified return and exchange time limit; 
No original order information or unable to prove that the product was sold by us. 
Return and Exchange Process 
Submit Application: Log in to your account, find the corresponding order in "My Orders", click "Apply for Return / Exchange", fill in the reason and upload relevant vouchers (such as photos of product issues, order screenshots, etc.); you can also submit the application through the customer service email or phone. The customer service will assist you in completing the process. 
Review and Confirmation: We will complete the review within 2 working days after receiving the application. The review result will be notified to you via email or SMS. After the review is approved, we will provide the return address, logistics guidance, and return number (please mark it on the package). 
Return Goods: You need to package the goods as required and send them back to the designated address within 7 days after receiving the approval notification. Please choose a trackable logistics method and keep the logistics Certificate. 
Processing Completion: 
Return: After receiving the goods and inspecting them, we will refund within 3-5 working days according to the original payment method. The refund amount includes the product price (for return due to personal reasons, a 15% handling fee will be deducted). The arrival time will be subject to the processing cycle of the payment institution. 
Exchange: After inspection, we will send the replacement product within 3-5 working days. The delivery time of the new product will be in accordance with the "Shipping Policy". 
Cost Bearing 
Return / Exchange due to quality issues, wrong delivery / missing delivery: The return / exchange shipping costs are borne by us. The shipping costs incurred during return will be reimbursed by you to the customer service based on the logistics voucher (up to the original order shipping amount). 
Return due to personal reasons: The return shipping costs need to be borne by you, and a 15% handling fee (covering storage, quality inspection, secondary packaging, etc.) needs to be paid (to cover costs). Returned goods not passing inspection: If the returned goods are rejected due to not meeting the conditions, we will return them to you. The shipping cost incurred will be borne by you.
Customs duties and taxes: For international orders resulting from returns, import duties, customs clearance fees, etc., are your responsibility (assistance in applying for customs duty refunds may be available in some regions; specific policies depend on local customs regulations). 
Special Note
If the purchased goods are part of a promotion (such as discounts, buy-gift offers), when returning the goods, the gifts must also be sent back. If the gifts have been used or cannot be returned, the corresponding value of the gifts will be deducted from the refund amount. 
Even if an assembled chair is not used, if the packaging is damaged or accessories are missing, it may affect the review of the return. It is recommended to confirm the size and appearance after receiving the goods before assembling. 
Logistics policies vary by country. When returning goods, please follow the local packaging and transportation regulations to avoid having the goods detained or incurring additional costs due to violations.
